I have known Kenny since we moved to 110th and Toledo Ave So. I was in 6th grade when we moved there from the other side of Bloomington. (I'm 65 years now) He was the nicest man, gentlest, sweetest, gentle Giant, He was always in a good mood, loved helping anyone in the neighborhood. He was the best plumber that our parents used and many others. He would come at a drop of a pin when he was needed for his plumbing. I have loved that man forever. We grew up with Judy and Bobby and the kids in the neighborhood felt like he was a 2nd dad to all of us and was so easy to talk to when there were grown problems that we could not talk to with our parents about. He was a good listener and I never heard a mean word come out of him. I saw him at Cub at Valley West before he went into the nursing home and I got the biggest hug out of him. He will be dearly missed. Love and condolences to Margie, Judy and Bobby. He is in Heaven now with our Mom and Dad, Kit and John. He is at Peace with Jesus.

I had the privilege of meeting and visiting Ken with my animals. He loved EVERY type of animal, and we had so many wonderful conversations about his service and his beloved dogs. SO many laughs...I am honored to have had the special time together.
