Harold Clemens Lovik passed away on August 8 at the age of 89. Harold was born on a farm in Forest City, Iowa to Carl and Cora Lovik on September 3, 1927. He was the second child in the family which included, Evelyn, Harold, Gilman, and triplets Dolly, Donna, and Darlene. Harold was drafted into the Army during the Korean War and served for 4 years working with telegraph and morse code. He moved to Minneapolis and attended Dunwoody studying Auto Mechanics. He married Betty in 1950 and two daughters joined the family, Deb and Nancy. They moved to Bloomington and were charter members of Transfiguration. In 1960 Harold opened the Skelly Service Station located at the corner of France and Old Shakopee. He is preceded in death by wife, Betty, sister, Evelyn, and son in law, Scott. Survived by daughters Deb Hecker (James) and Nancy Jacobson.; grandchildren Lauren, Andrew, Nick, Joseph, Oliver; and great granddaughter, Dilyn.
